If someone is looking for an adventure blended real mountain biking experience, this would be the ideal tour to quench their desire. This 45Km full day fully guided tour will provide a nice on and off road biking experience to the clients that will probably become one of memorable activities they have done during their stay in Sri Lanka. Since this is a full day comprehensive adventure bike tour, better to start early as possible after the breakfast. We will pick your guests from the hotel (In Kandy). The vehicle probably is a safari type jeep and transferred to the starting point of our ride, which is about 25 Km away from Kandy. We start off with a nice downhill towards Knuckles forest reserve. We will stop by a natural swimming pool on our way to take a small rest before the tough climb ahead. The climb will be about 2.5Km with a challenging gradient. But the good news is our back up vehicle will be right behind us for so guests can shift to it any time they want. Our next stop will be for the lunch and it will be a nice village lunch from a house on our way. We resume with a gravel terrain which you will enjoy at your maximum. The forest cover will provide the shade to ease our ride. After some moderate climbs and a rocky downhill we will come to a point called Corbett's gap. The panoramic view there will never let you leave the place without taking few photos. Our next stop will be for a nice cup of tea at the base camp site. We start to roll a gain up to Hunnasgiriya with some climbs and a thrilling road downhill. The ride will be concluded at Hunnasgiriya and you will be transferred to your hotel in Kandy.

This is a 3 - 4 hour adventure cycle tour. We will pick you up from the hotel you stay in Kandy. Bikes will be transferred to a point where 1 km before to Ceylon tea museum and start the ride (Popular Hantana climb). Continuous breaks accompanied with refreshments. The path will become traffic free when we reach the top and full of beauty through tea plantations. You can stop us any time to enjoy the nature and for a nice selfi. We will be riding around 1 hour to reach the top. We will continue our ride through Udawela road until we reach the point where we divert our trail to a gravel terrain. The trail will be full of excitement, that you will love riding on the gravel route through tea plantations. Guests will be able to see tea plucking activities. The trail will be rocky and mix of climbs and descends. This gravel section is a loop back to the Hantana main road. Riders will then have two options, 1. To select more challenging terrain and descend to Peradeniya or 2. Ride back through the same road and reach Heerassagala junction. The ride will be continued up to a Sri Lankan traditional food center where we will have a nice Sri Lankan food experience. After the break we will ride along the Mahaweli River and conclude our ride at Dodanwala Tunnel. Guests will be transferred to their respective hotel. Best times to start the tour are around 9.00 am or 3.00 pm.

This comprehensive tour will take you through historical and the traditional industrial landscape of Kandy and its outskirts. Our guides will be ready with the bikes in front of Royal park (wale’s park) Kandy to start off with this full day excursion. We will be riding along Mahaweli River which is Sri Lanka’s longest river to reach Garrison’s cemetery which is burial lands to commemorate the soldiers who have died from 1st and 2nd world wars. We will be heading over to Gannoruwa Agro Farm, an 80-hectare facility where you can see local agriculture at its finest. A diverse array of agricultural industries, such as fruit and vegetable gardens, beekeeping, plant pathology center, insect zoo, and herbal gardens are on display. Seeing up close the making of fine-crafted goods at the handicraft center at Dodanwala on our way will be only at your request. Through the less traffic back routes we will reach a tea factory where you can lively see how the tea leave is processed. A nice cup of tea at the end will help to refresh you to start off rolling towards Dawson Tower in Kadugannawa town which is our next attraction, a monument to the commanding engineer of Ceylon in the 1800s, Captain Dawson, who built the country’s first highway system. The lunch will be prepared at a nice and hygienic restaurant. Next on the tour are three 14th century temples in the Pilimathalawa area – the Gadaladeniya Temple, the Embekka Devalaya, famous for its intricate wood carvings, and the Lankathilaka Temple – all with aesthetic, cultural and religious importance. We will conclude the tour after reaching Peradeniya.

This is a 4 – 5 hour city tour which could be offered to average cyclists and who are keen on site seeing in Kandy.
